Geomagnetic Forecast

Application for easy reading of past and forecasted geomagnetic Kp index. Win32 app.

Displays Kp index for recent days and forecast for coming days. The Kp index indicate the level of disturbance that can cause inaccurate GNSS positions.

Geomagnetic data past (historical) and forecast are obtained from NOAA (US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) by Internet access.

Application Setup

GeomagForecast is a Windows 32 bit application. It runs on Windows XP or newer Windows OS versions, 32 or 64 bit.

Download installation program and run it to setup application.

Release: 2017-11-01, version 1.3.0.

GeomagForecast has been tested on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit and Windows XP SP3 32-bit.
